Wonderful Stay with Excellent Facilities

I appreciated the kitchenette in my room. The included sauna was a lovely addition to my stay. The clubhouse restaurant had a warm atmosphere. The restaurant food was great (I tried delicious Welsh breakfasts!).
The TV wasn't working and, unfortunately, no one offered to fix it .

Really good Hospitality and Relaxing Atmosphere

Our family room was very spacious and accommodated everyone. The bathroom included modern fixtures and provided great comfort. The restaurant provided an excellent meal. I found the staff there very friendly. The use of leisure facilities, particularly the swimming pool, was a wonderful perk. We loved the pool. but the view was amazing!
The television in the room was not working properly, which caused slight inconvenience one evening.

decent place to stay

the grounds were beautiful. the restaurant provided an amazing meal, the best I have had in a while whilst in a hotel. the facilities had limited times. they closed at 8pm and did not open til 9am so I did not get to try, but it all looked very clean.
First impressions were bad due to a lack of customer care. I travelled a couple hours in the car with children. naturally they were bored and wanting some fun. the receptionist was miserable as sin when i walked in. everything seems REALLY old and used. For example, the frying pan was greasy.

The grounds presented a nice appearance.
The golf course greens disappointed me. I thought they would be in much better condition for a high-level club. The clubhouse lacked atmosphere and I did not feel very welcomed.
